4-axis control dip coater (DT-1609-4D1)
A dip coater with 4-axis control (elevation, lateral movement, rotation, and self-rotation). Capable of handling coatings of all shapes. This is a completely new dip coater.
A new type of dip coater that not only applies to conventional flat surfaces but also to complex shapes with curves and protrusions made of materials such as glass, acrylic, and polycarbonate, utilizing mechanisms such as lifting, turning, and rotation to follow the application liquid to the target object. Of course, each axis can also operate independently. (The tank, coated items, and gripping parts shown in the photos are all optional.)
